Nexus is an exciting new master planned community where people and businesses converge for a true live, work and play environment in Gallatin, Tennessee. Everything has been considered from homes for every stage of life, to expansive recreation centers, with business parks, retail stores and more included.

The community encompasses approximately 655 acres of land.
Approximately 1,351 single family and multifamily dwellings are approved including open all-ages villages and a gated active adult 55+ village. A wide variety of housing types are offered to meet every phase of life and lifestyle.
Approved for up to 900 apartment dwelling units.
Nexus is planned to include a regional Business Park and an expansive Mixed-Use area. These areas within the master plan have extensive approvals for a wide variety of business and services which may include office parks, medical, retail and other commercial services.
Two large recreational amenity centers are underway. The North Village Amenity Center is six acres with a clubhouse, game room, resort/lap pool, playgrounds and more. The Freedom Village Amenity Center is 13 acres with a large clubhouse, fitness center, resort/lap pool, pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts and more. The community also features extensive pedestrian opportunities including neighborhood sidewalks and an 8' wide trail system along its main throughways that interconnect with a 10' Greenway Trail that follows along a creek through preservation areas.
City of Gallatin provides utilities for water, sewer and power. AT&T provides internet and cable provides services in the community.
Open space and right of ways are anticipated to be provided common irrigation, where required.
